310 brings construction industry expertise to renewable energy systems
Our Mission
310 SolarSM is a full service, comprehensive sales and installation contractor, providing residential and commercial customers photovoltaic and solar thermal heating. Our mission is to produce cost efficient, renewable energy for a cleaner environment and a better life.
A solar system is more than just panels. We take a "Total Energy Design" approach to every project. We analyze each building to maximize energy efficiency first, and only then design and fabricate the right system to suit your needs. We take pride in our fine work and treat every solar system like our own.
310 SolarSM has the qualifications to design and install a wide variety of solar equipment, including an “EE” license (Electrician – attachment pending), an “MM” license (hydronics), as well as a GB-98 (Residential and commercial general contracting license). All licenses are under 310’s main license number which is 354572.
Our Principals

John Paulson
BUSINESS SAVVY, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS:
John Paulson
John Paulson knows business.
Founder and former owner of Artistic Tile and Granite, John brings 310 SolarSM a wealth of business experience and knowledge. He built his company from a small operation focused on remodeling into a major force in the home building industry in New Mexico. This experience in both retail marketing and construction uniquely qualify him to market and promote 310 Solar’sSM leading edge technology.
A former firefighter, John was one of the first local responders to Ground Zero after the 911 attack on the World Trade Center.
“It was a difficult and life-changing experience,” he states, “and it brought home to me for the first time how this country’s energy policy can have some very real-world political consequences right here and now. Getting us free of fossil fuels also goes a long way to insulating us from the impossible politics of the Middle East. That’s a big reason I’m involved in this new venture.”
Paulson currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, as well as the Rio Rancho Planning and Zoning Commission.
“I believe my connections and credibility with home builders and government,” he says, “will give me a platform to get the word out about the importance of preserving our environment, and how 310 SolarSM can be a part of achieving that goal. It’s the right thing to do, and now is the right time.”

Glenn Gallipoli
Glenn Gallipoli
Since he was a kid, Glenn Gallipoli just wanted to know. It’s that insatiable curiosity that’s made him a success. Also, President and owner of 310's cousin business (and roommate), Gallipoli Radiant, Glenn was always fascinated with finding out how things work—and making them work better.
Glenn’s role with 310 SolarSMis as our subject matter technical expert and our field superintendant. In the field, Glenn and his crews are taking care of business in a way that will give you confidence and peace of mind. Before you sign a contract with 310 SolarSM, we encourage you to come by the warehouse or go see any number of our systems that are up and running. We’re confident that you will find the workmanship, appearance, and technical functionality of each system to be a thing of beauty.
He has been involved in the solar industry since the early 1980’s. This experience provided a springboard into engineering and installing hydronic radiant heating systems. Recognized as a national leader in the industry, Glenn’s company has installed literally millions of linear feet of radiant tubing products in homes and businesses of all sizes over the past 20 years. That background and experience in heating and hydronics is a natural fit, especially when it comes to the thermal systems offered by 310.
“I’m very excited about being a part of 310 SolarSM,” says Gallipoli. “I feel confident that my experience will be beneficial to the company, and I’m anxious to be a part of the what I perceive to be a real awakening of solar, both thermal and photovoltaic. I think we can make a real difference in providing people a cost effective-product, while helping preserve the environment.”
